Focus Group Feedback

I showed my assigned focus group a rough cut of my short film I made about gang violence and knife crime , overall they really liked it they said how it really told a story and they liked the way it had been shot for example Richard said there were some nice handheld camera shots. they had a few improvement  points for me , for example they were saying that the levels of the audio overpowered some of the dialogue in the short film and a lot of elements came into place when the dialogue was being said the microphone also picked up a lot of the cars going past which crated quite a bit of collision between the sounds so that definitely something I need to take on board and actually fix because if I want this to be quite a high standard piece then I should either re- record a few scenes or fix the major audio levels .I should also make the story flow a bit more , nothing was wrong with the story telling it was just the fact that I didn't use a range of angles but I explained that it is just a rough cut and that I will be adding them in later on , so that it doesn't look like the camera is moving everywhere , it just flows and moves a long with the story . In my opinion I took all their points on board and I am going to apply it too my final project .
