When I was writing the script for my short film Life Behind the mask I was honestly struggling because screenplay isn't really one of my strong points because before attempting to write this one I only had written one script prior to this one , so therefore my knowledge for screenplay was quite limited , I didn't know how to write a proper script I didn't know how to write the setting or the action or even indicate that a character was speaking I couldn't remember exactly what had to be written in capital letters , it was really hard for me because this was the first ever real script I had written so I wanted to make sure everything was perfect in terms of dialogue , setting , time , characters and action , but to be honest it really took me a while to finish writing an entire script based on just a rough idea .
